  • Page 2 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Attach Lower Assembly (A) to the Upper Assembly (B) utilizing 4 of the ¼”-20 Lock Nuts (D). Note the orientation of the tray support connecting flange. 2. Rotate carry handle on the Lower Assembly (A) into position so that holes align, and secure with two ¼”-20 bolts (E) and ¼”-20 lock nuts (D).
  • Page 3 OPERATION & USE: 1. Adjust handle height with the upper spring pin. 2. Adjust wheel height (plow soil engagement) with the lower spring pin. 3. Adjust wheel width by removing the hairpin cotter and sliding the wheel either in or out depending on your needs. 4.
  • Page 4 5. Prior to planting, paper chain pots should be moist but not over-saturated. Over-saturation can cause tearing. Place tray in tray support frame. 6. Slide the Scooping Tool (C) underneath the first few rows of paper chain pots in the tray and gently lift, creating room for the transition ramp.
