II Function and Operation
1 Set Voltage
Put the switch
to "V", click the adjusting knob to select adjust digit,
and then adjust the knob to set the highlight digit.
2 Set Current
Put the switch
to "A", click the adjusting knob to select adjust digit,
and then adjust the knob to set the highlight digit.
