    5.1 Warranty Hydraulic actuators from TKR Spezialwerkzeuge GmbH come with a 24-month warranty against material and manufactur- ing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, as speci- fied on the invoice or delivery note. The warranty is valid for the user/customer provided that the tool is obtained from an authorised sales outlet and is used as described in the instructions and for the purposes for which it was designed.
