① [O N/O FF] button
Press to turn ON/ OFF th e indoor unit.
② [SELECT/HO LD] button
Press to save th e setting.
Wh en th e Main menu is displayed, pressing th is button w ill enable/ disable th e HOLD
function.
③ [RETURN] button
Press to return to th e previous screen.
④ [MENU] button
Press to bring up th e Main menu.
⑤ B ack lit LCD
Operation settings w ill appear.
When the backlight is off, pressing any button turns the backlight on and it ill stay lit
for a certain period of time depending on th e screen.
Wh en th e backligh t is off, pressing any button turns th e backligh t on and
does not perform its function. (except for th e [ ON/ OFF] button)
⑥ O N/O FF lamp
Th is lamp ligh ts up in green w h ile th e unit is in operation. It blinks w h ile th e remote
controller is starting up or w h en th ere is an error.

Function buttons
The functions of the function buttons change depending on the screen. Refer to
the button function guide that appears at the bottom of the LCD for the functions
they serve on a given screen.
W hen the system is centrally controlled, the button function guide that
corresponds to the lock ed button will not appear.

Main display: Press to ch ange th e operation mode.
Menu screen: Th e button function varies w ith th e screen.
⑧ Function button [F2]
Main display: Press to decrease temperature.
Main menu: Press to move th e cursor left.
Menu screen: Th e button function varies w ith th e screen.
⑨ Function button [F3]
Main display: Press to increase temperature.
Main menu: Press to move th e cursor righ t.
Menu screen: Th e button function varies w ith th e screen.
⑩ Function button [F4]
Main display: Press to ch ange th e fan speed.
Menu screen: Th e button function varies w ith th e screen.
