Before You Begin
1. Design certification of this kit is in compli-
ance with ANSI Z21.56/CSA 4.7.
2. Conversion from one gas type to another
should be performed only by an autho-
rized person. Gas conversions in Canada
shall be carried out in accordance with the
requirements of the provincial authorities
having jurisdiction and in accordance with
the requirements of the CAN/CGA B149.1
and B149.2 installation codes.
3. This kit is intended to be used on Univer-
sal H-Series gas heaters manufactured
for the use with 60Hz power. These unit
model numbers end with 'FDN' or 'FDP'.
