    ENERAL INFORMATION _____________________________________________________________________________________ The application "Configurator Dominator BT" (app) is designed to calibrate, monitor and test eurosens Dominator BT fuel level sensors (FLS) manufactured by Mechatronics JSC. To calibrate the sensor, you will need: • Android Smartphone (ver. 9.0 or newer);...

    1.01 Configurator Dominator BT USER MANUAL ETTINGS _____________________________________________________________________________________ The following settings can be performed in the tab “Settings” (fig. 4.1): fig. 4.1. Tab “Settings” • Messages delivery period (sec) is the time interval between messages being sent to the monitoring system. The default value is 5 seconds (a shorter period will reduce battery life of the sensor), a longer value will save the battery power).
  • Page 12 1.01 Configurator Dominator BT USER MANUAL • Thermocompensation recalculates fuel volume by temperature and makes sensor readings temperature dependent (requires a more precise calibration). • Standard temperature is reference fuel temperature for the thermal compensation (also the generally regulated fuel temperature at filling stations).

    1.01 Configurator Dominator BT USER MANUAL ALIBRATION _____________________________________________________________________________________ Create and edit a tank calibration table in the tab “Calibration”. • Tank calibration table is necessary to make sensor output proportional to current volume in the tank (not level). It is sufficient to have 2 calibration points in a table for a rectangular tank or vertical cylinder tank of “ideal shape”.

    1.01 Configurator Dominator BT USER MANUAL If table contains more than two rows, the buttons "Calibrate Empty" and "Calibrate Full" disappear, since the tank calibration mode goes automatically. Sensor calibration is not necessary if you perform the tank calibration and save the table to sensor (not GPS tracking server).

    1.01 Configurator Dominator BT USER MANUAL 5.3 S ENSOR TANK CALIBRATION IN INACTIVE MODE If sensor calibration or tank calibration (most likely) takes more than an hour, it is recommended to perform calibration in the inactive mode then in order to reduce the battery drain: 1.

There could be delays in receiving messages up to 30 seconds depending on smartphone model. It is recommended to save the calibration table to a file after each calibration point.
