SAFETY WARNING Keep hands clear of moving parts during operation. Ensure all handles are fully tightened before operating. Make sure the power is switched off before connecting the power supply. MAINTENANCE The machine has been designed to be low maintenance. Your machine has been delivered lightly greased as such to keep the machine as clean as we can when assembling. -

OPERATION AND USE Remove Machine from the crate, remove wrapping. There are 4 push control buttons located at the front of the machine. These are from left to right: Start, Stop, Pause and Home. Also on top is the emergency stop button. - Page 8 OPERATION AND USE For Micro-adjustments use the Micrometer attached to each feeder assembly. Take care when maneuvering these along the rail as too much force from collisions could break the micrometer. DO NOT overtighten the red knob as this could cause a jam. Connect the power supply to your Mains supply.

INSTALLING SOFTWARE Insert the enclosed USB stick into your computer, browse to the device and run setup.exe. Proceed through the wizard. Here you can select the installation folder and choose to install this for multiple users or a single user. - Page 10 INSTALLING SOFTWARE After installing the software click close. Browse to your desktop for a new shortcut as shown. All finished and ready to be used with your Coil Winder.
