TIPS:
• When the low battery LED is on, it means that the device requires new batteries.
• Turn devices off when leaving your desk for more than an hour to save battery
life and enable longer battery life.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your keyboard or mouse cannot be operated, please try the following
1. Make sure you have inserted two AAA batteries inside the battery compartment
correctly and that the power switch of the keyboard and mouse is ON.
2. Make sure you have connected the USB receiver correctly to the computer
USB port. Move other devices 30 cm away from the receiver in order to
avoid interference while pairing/connecting.
To reconnect keyboard or mouse to USB receiver:
3. Plug in USB receiver to computer and press CONNECT on the bottom of the
keyboard or mouse within 15 seconds. To connect efficiently, please make
sure that the keyboard or mouse is close to USB receiver and the distance
between USB receiver and device is no more than 30 cm.
4. For the mouse, hold the middle and right buttons on the mouse together after
pressing the CONNECT button.
Note: Wireless phones, routers and other devices that uses 2.4GHz frequency,
might cause interference with wireless keyboards and mice. Please relocate
such wireless appliances away from your keyboard and mouse.
