· Always use your frother first to froth or heating your milk. While it is operating, prepare your coffee or hot chocolate and serve immediately. · Use whole milk (fat content ≥3.0%) for best result. · Milk heats to approximately 65-75℃, which is the ideal temperature to ensure the flavor of your coffee is not impaired and so you don’t have to wait too long until you can start enjoying your drink.

CLEANING AND CARE 1. NOTE: To reduce build-up of milk residue, always empty any residual milk and clean immediately after frothing is convicted. Never leave liquid in the milk frother overnight. 2. Unplug the power base from the electrical outlet and let the milk frother cool down completely before cleaning.
