You may also need to provide this number to law enforcement if your bicycle is stolen.

    GENERAL SAFETY IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WARNING! When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following: Read all the instructions before using the product. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children. Do not put fingers or hands into the product.

Observe regulations about bicycle lighting, licensing riding on pavements/sidewalks, bike path and trail use, helmet laws, child laws relating to cycling, and special bicycle trac laws, it is your responsibility to know and obey your local laws.

    • Is away from combustible or easily flammable objects; • Is away from heat sources. For an optimum service life, store your Zora eBike battery at temperatures between 50º F and 68º F. Never store it at temperatures below 14º F or above 140º F. Make sure the maximum storage temperature is not exceeded.
  • Page 24: Basic Battery Charging Tips

    • The charger may get hot (>165ºF) when charging. Use caution and avoid touching the body of the charger. • To reduce risk of injury, charge only batteries of your Zora eBike. Other types of batteries may burst, causing personal injury and damage.
  • Page 25 • Only use the original Zora Bike battery charger supplied with your eBike or one approved for your eBike by the manufacturer and purchased from a trusted source. By passing the battery charger or the use of a non-approved or counterfeit battery charger can lead to death or serious injury.

    All ZORA Bikes are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt of the bike (all free parts are not covered by the warranty).ZORA will replace any part that is defective or damaged in material and/or workmanship (including damage in transit).
  • Page 29 In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must: • Contact the ZORA Technical Support team through email or phone. The Technical Support team will initially work with you on the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes.

If shipping damage occurs, please contact sales@zorabike.com and provide us with photos or videos. All free accessories are not covered to be claimed for replacement or compensation if there are scratches during transportation.
