SOURCE, the tone controls and balance control
are ineffective.

the DIRECT OPERATION switch to OFF.
Press the CD button.
For DAT cassette playback
Press the DAT button.
For record playback
Press the PHONO button.
For cassette playback
Press the TAPE button.
For radio listening
Press the TUNER button.
For auxiliary source playback
Press the AUX button.
Playback a compact disc.
Adjust the VOLUME control to suit your taste.
