QUICK SETUP GUIDE
Thank you for purchasing a P101 Pure Control Remote from Continu.us. Follow the instructions to setup your PC101 Pure Control Remote to work

Confirm First
• Your PC101 remote control has two fresh AAA batteries properly installed.
• To use the learning mode, you will need another remote that currently works with your TV. Ensure that it has working batteries.
• In its default setting, the PC101 can control RCA Healthcare Televisions.
Automatic Search
The automatic search function will cycle your remote through common TV remote codes. This is the easiest method of programming your remote,
however; it will not work with all TVs.
1. Ensure that your TV is powered on.
2. Press and hold the 'Power' and 'OK' buttons until the light turns solid. Release both buttons.
3. If your TV powers off, immediately press the 'Mute' button. The remote will save the proper code.
Quick Search
The fast search function will search through common TV remote codes incrementally as you press the 'CH+' button. This method of programming your
remote will not work with all TVs.
1. Ensure that your TV is powered on.
2. Press and hold the 'Mute' and 'CH+' buttons until the light turns solid. Release both buttons.
3. Press the 'CH+' or 'CH-' button. Each time you press it, it will cycle to the next TV remote code.
4. If you press 'CH+' for longer than one second, the remote will begin to cycle automatically.
5. When the channel on your TV changes, press 'CH+' or 'CH-' to fine tune. When you reach the correct code, press the 'Mute' button to save it.
Learning Mode
The PC101 has the ability to learn codes from other remotes.
1. Find a remote that works with your TV.
2. Press and hold the 'CH+' and 'VOL+' buttons until the light turns solid. Release both buttons you press it, it will cycle to the next TV remote code.
3. Point the front of the PC101 at the front of your teaching remote. Keep both remotes within 2-3 inches of each other.
4. Press a function key on the teaching remote. The indicator light on the PC101 will flash. Press and hold the corresponding key on the PC101 for two
seconds. The indicator light will flash three times, then remain lit.
5. Repeat step 4 for any function you wish the PC101 to learn.
6. When you are finished, press and hold the 'CH+' and 'VOL-'. The indicator light will go dark and the codes will be saved with your TV. Ensure that it
has working batteries.
7. In its default setting, the PC101 can control RCA Healthcare Televisions. If you have one of these brands, test the remote. It may not need additional
programming.
Note: During the learning process, if no key is pressed within 25 seconds, the learning process will exit without saving.
Manual Setup
1. Press and hold the 'Power' and 'Mute' buttons until the red indicator light stays solid. Release both buttons.
2. Input the four digit code for your brand of TV (listed below). If the code is valid, the indicator light will go dark. If the code is invalid, the indicator light
will flash four times, and the manual setup will exit.
3. Test the PC101 with your TV. If it doesn't work, repeat the process with another code.
Reset to Default Settings
1. Press and hold the 'Power' and 'Mute' buttons until the red indicator light stays solid. Release both buttons.
2. Press the 'Mute' button. The remote will be reset.
