Locking Discs (CUSTOM PARENTAL
CONTROL, P ARENTALCONTROL)
You can set two kinds of playback
restrictions for a disc.
• Custom Parental Control
You can set the playback restrictions so
that the system will not play inappropri3te
discs.
• Parental Control
Playback of some DVDs can be limited
according to a predetermined level such as
the age of the users.
The same password is used for both Parental
Control and Custom Parental Control.
You can set the same Custom Parental
Control password for up to 25 discs. When
you set the 26th disc, the playback
restriction of the disc for which you first set
the password is canceled.

"CUSTOM PARENTAL CONTROL"
is selected.
