If its VCC pin’s voltage is regular, first ensure that the IC’s peripheral circuit is working properly, then check the IC7. If the VCC pin’s voltage is not normal, examine the power line of IC7. 2、+5VSB output normal，but no +12V Firstly, make sure PS_ON is in high electric level. Secondly, make sure Q62 PIN1 is in low electric level with multimeter. If no, check all electric circuit of Q63. If still found no problem, change Q62.
