Omnical 2010 Voltage Calibrator Introduction Omnical™ 2010 is a battery operated source of DC voltage and square waves electrically isolated from ground. A digital panel voltmeter accurately indicates the amplitude of the instrument's output voltage. By applying an external positive command voltage, the user may also obtain a gated DC voltage or trigger a single pulse.

Omnical 2010 Voltage Calibrator Operation DC Voltage Set the MODE switch to DC and switch the Power switch to ON. Depending on whether volts (V) or millivolts (mV) has been toggled on the Range switch, the digital voltmeter will indicate volts or millivolts respectively. Rotate both the COARSE and the FINE amplitude controls.

Omnical 2010 Voltage Calibrator Batteries Omnical™ 2010 is powered by two 9 volt alkaline batteries. Batteries should be replaced every six months or as needed. Battery fatigue is shown by the LO BAT indicator on the panel meter face or when the user has difficulty in obtaining full rated voltage with the COARSE and FINE amplitude controls set to maximum.
