How to use the re glass
Rinse of the glass to remove unwanted dust from manufacturing and allows a few hours to dry.
For re pit applications, we recommend an inch of sand or pea gravel at the bottom of the re
pit for a sturdy foundation.
Take the re glass and pour the re glass over the burner. For optimal results, pour a minimum
of 2-inches over your burner, which allows the gas to lter evenly through the re glass - creating
a beautiful ame.
How much re glass does my bag cover
Each ve-pound covers approximately 0.24 square feet.
Each ten-pound covers approximately 0.5 square feet.
Each twenty- ve-pound covers approximately 1.16 square feet.
How much re glass does my re pit need
For rectangular re pits – ( length x width x depth ) / 19 = pounds needed in glass.
For Square re pits – ( length x width x depth ) / 19 = pounds needed in glass.
For round re pits – (diameter x diameter x depth ) / 24 = pounds needed in glass.
