« Connect the +12 volt power supply lead only after all the other leads have been connected.
* When you connect the power supply lead (connected to the +12V terminal) directly to the car battery,
make sure that a {use whose value should be at least 20 A is placed as close to the car battery as
possible on the leads and that the leads must be larger than 16-Gauge (AWG-18) or with the sectional —
area of more than 1.25 mm?2:
¢ Be sure to connect the ground lead of the unit securely to a metal pari of the car. A loose connection
may cause a malfunction of the unit.
* Be sure to connect the remote control lead of the power amplifier to either the AMP REM OUT of the
unit or the AMP REM lead of the master unit which is compatible with the Sony DSP system.
