Product Limited Warranty. USCC Services, LLC on behalf of its operating licensed affiliates doing business as UScellular in your
Home Market, as defined below("UScellular"), warrants that this Router product ("Product") will be free from material defects
In materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one: (1) year horn the date of original retail purchase (the "War-
ranty Period"), subject to the terms SN forth In this limited Warranty. UScellular provides this Limited \Vauanty solely to the orig-
inal purchaser of the Product from UScellular or one of Its authorized resellers. Should a Product exhibit any such defect during
the Warranty Period, UScellular will at no charge to the purchaser, as the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy and UScellular
sole and exclusive llabllity undt'r this Limited Warranty, at UScellular's option, either repair the defecHve Product or replace it
with a new or refurbished functionally equivalent product, provided that during the Warranty Period the purchaser: (i) notifies
UScellular of the defect by contacting UScellular at 1-888-944-9400, (ii) obtains an return material authorization (RMA) from
UScellular and (iii) returns the defective Product accompanied by proof of the original date of purchase and the RMA obtained
by UScellular to the address designated by UScellular within the RMA, with shipping prepaid by UScellular. UScellular will pay for
return shipment to the Purchaser for Products repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty. For Products returned for repair
or replacement that are not covered under this limited Warranty, UScellular's standard repair and shipping charges will apply
and be borne by Purchaser. UScellular will extend the term of this limited Warranty for all repaired or replacement Products for
the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days from the date of return shipment, whichever is longer, unless otherwise
stated In UScellular's repair quote for Products not covered under this limited Warranty.
Warranty Exclusions. This limited Warranty does not apply if the serial number on the Product has been removed or defaced or
to defects or damage in or to Products that in UScellular's judgment has been caused by (i) repairs, modifications, or alterations
by any party other than UScellular, (ii) abuse, misuse, accident, unusual physical, thermal, or electrical stress, improper instal-
lation, or negligence in use, storage, transportation, or handling, (iii) third party services (Including installation services), (iv)
normal wear and tear, (v) operating the Product outside of UScellular's published guidelines, or (vi) use with another product.
