• Returning from the contract, stating that it is ready to return the sold person,
• Retain the sold and ask for a discount on the sale price at the rate of shame,
• Requesting the repair of the sold person free of charge, with all costs at the
seller, unless excessive costs are required;
• If there is a possibility, it may use one of its optional rights to request that the
sale be replaced with an undamaged amount. The seller is obliged to fulfil this
demand which is preferred by the consumer. The right to free repair or
replacement of the goods without defect can also be used against the
manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly
responsible for the fulfilment of these rights.
The manufacturer or importer shall not be held liable if the proof proves that a
defect has arisen after the goods have been placed on the market by him. In the
event that the free repair or replacement of the goods with disproportionate
doubts brings disproportionate difficulties for the seller, the consumer may use
one of the rights to return from the contract or deduct the price of the defect are
considered. A maximum of twenty business days from the date of receipt of this
request to the seller, manufacturer or importer if one of the rights to free repair
or replacement of the goods by defect is selected. However, the consumer's free
repair request for the goods listed in the supplementary list pursuant to Article 58
of this Law is fulfilled within the maximum repair period specified in the
regulation. Otherwise, the consumer is free to exercise his other elective rights.
In the event that the consumer chooses the right to deduct from the contract or
return at the rate of defect, the whole amount paid or the amount deducted from
the price is immediately returned to the consumer. The consumer may demand
compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of
Obligations dated 11/1/2011 and numbered 6098 together with one of these
optional rights.
7) Information on operating errors.
• Malfunctions caused by the consumer's use of the goods contrary to the
information contained in the user manual are excluded from the warranty. If
there is an error in the use of faults, authorized service stations, if there is no
authorized service station, respectively; the seller, importer or one of the goods
by the manufacturer of the maximum repair time related to the goods issued by
the report and a copy of this report must be given to the consumer.
8) In case the authorized service stations do not exist, if there is no usage error in
the faults, if the authorized service station does not exist, then the consumer
arbitration committee shall take into account the monetary value of the dispute
taking into account the value of the dispute by the expert or apply to the
consumer court.
