If You Have any Trouble
You can eliminate disturbances in picture and sound by
checking the symptoms and following the suggestions listed
below.
Problem
Check and Adjust
Poor or no picture (Screen not lit), good
¢ Adjust PICTURE.

eCheck antenna/cable connections.
Good picture, no sound
Press VOLUME + on the TV or VOL + on the Remote
Commander.
¢ Press MUTING on the Remote Commander.
eCheck that the MTS button is set correctly.

correctly.
¢ Set the SPEAKER SW (switch) to ON.
No picture (screen not lit), no sound

No color

Snow and noise only

Learning function on the commander
e Check the USE/LEARN selector setting.

Commanders away from it.
Dotted fines or stripes
This is often caused by local interference. (e.g. cars, neon
signs, hairdryers, etc.) Adjust the antenna for minimum
interference.
Double images or ghosts
Reflections from nearby mountains or buildings often cause
this problem.
Ahighly directional outdoor antenna or a CATV cable may
improve the picture.
Try another channel. It could be station trouble.
if the problem persists, contact your nearest service facility.
