ricinity of the water supply and
lrainage facilities. The appliance may
ye inserted under a kitchen furniture
worktop or under the sink drainage
yoard (see Page 25). It is unnecessary
(0 allow any ventilation space around
the appliance. However, it is important
that it is not fitted too tightly between
che other kitchen components as to
yrevent it from being easily removed
'or servicing. The dishwasher is
2quipped with filling and drainage hoses
which can be turned to the right or left
Fig. 1) to suit the installation site. This
is done by loosening the ring-nut which
fastens the hose to the machine. Then
reposition the hose and re-tighten the
ring-nut to prevent leakage.
Plumbing
This appliance has a single water inlet
valve with a female 3/4" BSP thread
connector. The appliance may be fed
with either hot or cold water. However,
the use of a cold water supply is more
economical and provides better
washing results as hot water is
required only for the Main Wash and
the Final Rinse.
A variety of connectors is available
from good hardware and hydraulic
supply stores which satisfy most
domestic plumbing needs. If
modifications in your plumbing are
'required, consult only qualified plumber
'or the competent authorities.
Before connecting the dishwasher,
make sure that the water pressure is
contained within the limits specified in
the Technical Data listed on Page 5.
