Speaker
systems
require a complete seal
around all openings. Exercise caution in removal and replace­
ment o f speakers to insure air-tight seal.
1. The grille assembly is secured to the speaker housing by six
(6) nylon fasteners not visible through the grille cloth.
2. Damage to surrounding materials will result from any at­
tempt to remove the grille assembly by prying.
Grasp the grille decorative plastic (see illustration) near the

upper left and right corners. A firm outward pull will free
the grille assembly from the cabinet.
3. Remove screws from speaker and lift from housing. Discon­
nect leads from speakers. Be sure to observe correct phasing
when installing speakers. Speaker gaskets should be re­
placed if damaged.
4. T o replace grille assembly on speaker housing, position
grille correctly on baffle and press down firmly to insure
suitable contact with nylon fasteners.
