Installation

The "bain marie" should be placed on a solid level surface. The on/off switch and thermostat should be
set to the off position.
Note: Before using for the first time, clean all parts well. Let dry completely.

1. Fill the tank with water to a level between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' marks on the inside of the tank.
Ensure the water level touches the bottom on the G/N pans being used.
2. Switch the on/off switch to the On position [I].
3. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature. The heating indicator will light up and the appliance
begins to heat the water.
4. When the set temperature is reached, the heating indicator turns off. (During use, the heating
indicator will cycle on/off, indicating the set temperature is being maintained.)
5. Put the food into the GN pan then put the pan into the water tank.
6. After use, set the thermostat and on/off switch to "O" (OFF position) and disconnect the appliance
from power supply.
7. Allow to cool, then open the drainage tap to drain the water from the water tank.
WARNING: The food and water are very hot! Take care when removing the GN pan from the
bain marie.
