Trouble shooting
Before sending the product to repair, please check below points first:
Trouble
Not plugged to power socket.
Not press start/cancel button.
Machine cannot
turn on
Air frying pot not assembled in
Too many ingredients are put.
Cooking temperature too low.
Ingredients not
fully cooked
Grilling pan not assembled in
Product is cooking ingredients
White smoke
from the product
There is still oil residue from the
last use on the crisper bracket or
Display screen
NTC open circuit or short circuit.

Note: If there is other failure, since special tools is needed, please send to appointed repairing
center for repairing or contact local JIMMY distributor for consultant.
Possible causes

PCB damage.
Cooking time too short.
Air frying pot not installed in
place, air leakage causes
temperature too low.

heater, causes grilling pan

Solution
Insert plug into power socket.
Press start/cancel button to start working.
Assemble air frying pot in place.
Contact after service to repair.
Put less amount of ingredients.
Increase cooking time.
Increase temperature setting.
Inspect whether air frying pot is assemble
in place without slant.
Inspect whether grilling pan assembled in
place with slant and bending.
When cooking rich oil ingredients, the oil
will produce white smoke, and the fryer
may be hotter than normal, which will not
affect the final effect of the cooking.
Make sure crisper bracket and frying pot
are correctly cleaned after each use.
Contact after service for repairing.
