Empty Out Waste Water With Every Tank Fill Reverse Osmosis produces excess water as a byproduct of the filtration process. Your Sans purifier recycles this water many times for ease of use. The water that remains in your tap water tank is concentrated waste water that must be discarded. - Page 10 Refilling the Tap Water Tank To refill the tap water tank, first lift the hinged cover. Remove the tank using the built-in handle. Tip out the residual waste water before refilling the tank with tap water, between the Min and Max lines. Return the tank to the machine, taking care to hook the tank into the machine at the top.

Responding to Mr Anderson None of the 5 solutions apply. The pump is trying to work as I can feel it constantly vibrating when plugged in. As long as it has power it will do this forever

@Richard Keisic You have to push down on the water tank sometimes and make sure its fully connected. Mine was doing this for hours and then I pushed down on the top and it started working again
