Responding to Mr Anderson None of the 5 solutions apply. The pump is trying to work as I can feel it constantly vibrating when plugged in. As long as it has power it will do this forever

@Richard Keisic I have the same exact issue. Trying to contact Sans via email. No reply yet. Did your issue get resolved?

@Richard Keisic You have to push down on the water tank sometimes and make sure its fully connected. Mine was doing this for hours and then I pushed down on the top and it started working again

The Sans PURE may not be pumping water from the tap tank into the filters due to the following reasons:

1. The tap water tank is empty. The Refill Tank Indicator will flash if this is the case.
2. Residual wastewater has not been emptied before refilling the tank.
3. The tap water tank is not properly hooked into the machine at the top.
4. A filter may not be securely installed, preventing water flow.
5. The Replace Filter indicator may need to be reset after replacing a filter.

Check these possible issues to restore proper water flow.

I fill the tank to the max line. I push the button and water goes into the pitcher. It over flows. What am I doing wrong?

The Sans PURE pitcher could overflow if the float sensor in the glass pitcher lid malfunctions or fails to stop Auto Dispense when the tank is full.

I changed the filters and the system is not pumping water into the pitcher automatically. When I manually push the "dispense" button it will turn on. How can I get the water purifier to work automatically? I also, reset the system and described in the manual.

To get the Sans PURE water purifier to work automatically after changing the filters, follow these steps:

1. Wash the tap water tank and pitcher with soap and water.
2. Fill the tap water tank with cold water up to the Max line and return it to the purifier.
3. Connect the purifier to an electrical outlet.
4. Place the pitcher on the drip tray.
5. Filtration will begin automatically.
6. Run four full filtration cycles by filling the tank and letting it dispense into the pitcher.
7. Discard the water in the pitcher after each cycle.

After completing these steps, the purifier will be ready for regular use.

How long does it take until the water starts to enter the pitcher

Water begins filtering automatically when the Sans PURE pitcher is in place, but the exact time it takes for water to enter the pitcher is not specified. However, to prepare the system, users must run four filtration cycles by filling the tank and allowing it to dispense into the pitcher, discarding the water each time.

Why is there white floating stuff in my water especially when I press the hot water option.

White floating particles in water when using the hot water option on the Sans PURE are often caused by minerals in hard water.

the pitcher fills up halfway and the rest of the water leaks onto the countertop. it is not coming from the waste water tank or from the bottom of the unit.

The Sans PURE pitcher could fill halfway and leak water onto the countertop if the tap water tank is not properly emptied of waste water before refilling. This can cause sediment buildup, leading to malfunction. Another possibility is that the float sensor in the glass pitcher lid is not working correctly, affecting Auto Dispense control.

The digital display may not be illuminating and water not dispensing on the Sans PURE model because the tap water tank is empty, as indicated by the flashing Refill Tank Indicator. Make sure to refill the tank and clear any residual waste water before use.

Water will not stop when the pitcher is full.

March 25, 2025

The Sans PURE pitcher does not stop dispensing water when full because the glass pitcher lid features a float sensor that controls when to start and stop Auto Dispense. If the float sensor is not functioning correctly or is obstructed, it may not detect when the pitcher is full, causing it to continue dispensing water.

Water in reservoir pitcher starting bubbling like it was boiling. Then I filled it up and now the I’ve stayed on forever and now it just keeps making noise.

The bubbling and noise in your Sans PURE water reservoir pitcher could be due to the float sensor in the glass pitcher lid, which controls Auto Dispense. If the float sensor is adjusting the water level, it may cause bubbling or noise. Additionally, if waste water is not emptied regularly, sediment buildup could affect the machine’s operation, potentially causing unusual sounds. Ensure you are properly maintaining the system by discarding waste water and refilling the tap water tank as instructed.
