装置の用途と性能 Applications and performance PP 装置： 押エ圧をエアで制御する装置です。 エアシリンダは、内部抵抗の少ない物を採用し、軽い押エ圧力でもスムーズに上下します。 圧力表示には、アナログ式とデジタル式の 2 種類があります。 段部など素材の厚みや種類が変わっても、常に設定された均一の押エ圧になります。 素材へのキズ、テカリなどを防止します。 デジタル式では、エア圧の数値化で押エ圧の指示を明確にできます。電源を必要としないアナログ式でも押エ圧の調整が容易 になり、整備時間の短縮、品質の均一をはかることができます。 本書に関する内容については、当社営業所にお問い合わせください。 PP device： This is a pneumatically controlled device that regulates the presser foot pressure.
