Control codes for remote operations
Play back new messages since your last call.
The phone stops every 4 minutes and waits for further codes. So, press # 2 # every
4 minutes while listening to your messages, or the line will be disconnected*.
Repeat the current message.
if the operation is done within the first 2 seconds of a message, the phone will jump
to the previous
message instead.
Erase all messages that have been played back.
Turn on the answering function so that callers can record messages.
if the answering function is already turned on
Each time you enter + 0 + the answer mode changes in the following way, starting
from the currently
selected mode:
i. OGM1—> OGM2
—> ANN ONLY—> TRANSFER** 7
** You will hear five short error beeps if no phone number for message transfer has
been recorded.
Turn off the answering function so that incoming calls are not answered.
Record a new outgoing message (between 2 seconds and 4 minutes).
Press # + to finish recording. See also the "Recording the outgoing message" (page
28) section. Note that recording a new message tums on the answering function
automatically.
Enter a new phone number for message transfer.
Use the table below to enter special symbols. When you finish, press + #.

* If you disconnect the call during message playback, the phone cannot detect this and will continue the playback. The
4-minute confirmation indicates to the phone that the call is still connected.
