Hi. I own a MotionStride. The running surface needs to be adjusted. It is now aligned too far to the right. (See photo) I'm trying to use the instructions provided in the user manual but I'm not really sure what I should be doing. Should I be adjusting the running belt? Or should I be adjusting the drive belt? I have tried using the allen key to turn the adjustment bolt starting with the half turns suggested but nothing happened. I tried turning several more times and still nothing is changing. Help!!! What should I do? I eagerly await your answer. Thank you. Tammy

To adjust the running surface alignment on a MotionGrey MotionStride treadmill, follow these steps:

1. Place the treadmill on a flat surface.
2. Set the treadmill to run at a speed of about 3.5 km/h.
3. If the running belt is skewed to the left:
- Turn the left adjustment bolt 1/2 turn clockwise.
- Turn the right adjustment bolt 1/2 turn counterclockwise.
4. If the running belt is skewed to the right:
- Turn the right adjustment bolt 1/2 turn clockwise.
- Turn the left adjustment bolt 1/2 turn counterclockwise.
