The P3 jumper next to the FT2232 chip is for setting RTS. The default setting allows software uses RTS on
both first serial port and second serial port. By removing this jumper, the RTS will be only activated from the
first serial port.
The P4 jumper is for setting CI/V high/low baud rate. The default setting allows using CI/V under 14400bps. If
you want to use higher rate, you could remove this jumper.
