CHARGING
Mains powered 12V DC 3.5A charger/power lead included, with plug adaptor. Only use
the charger provided otherwise damage may occur.
•
Unscrew the charging port cover on the back of the speaker/LED floodlight.
•
Plug the DC end of the cable into the circular charge port.
•
Plug the AC/DC adapter plug into a mains AC plug socket.
•
The 4 x battery indicator LEDs will illuminate to show charging status. Once
fully charged, all the indicator LEDs will illuminate continually.
•
If the battery indicators do not illuminate, remove unplug the charger and try
again.
•
The charge time is 5 hours.
•
Fully charge the speaker/LED floodlight with using for the first time.
The intelligent battery and charging lead mean that the speaker/LED floodlight can still
be used during charging. Even with a fully charged battery, the lead can be used as a
constant power supply.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
WARNING: Ensure the unit is unplugged, switched Off and cool down before cleaning.
•
To clean the unit, wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.
•
Do not use any cleaning fluids containing alcohol, ammonia, or abrasives.
•
Do not spray aerosol at or near the unit.
•
Check the plug, power cable, and housing of the LED floodlight for damage before
each use. If the lens is damaged it must be replaced immediately.
•
Charge the speaker/LED floodlight every 3 months to maintain the life span of the
battery.
DISPOSAL OF BATTERY
To preserve natural resources, please recycle or dispose of the battery pack
properly. This battery pack contains rechargeable batteries. Consult your
local waste authority for information regarding available recycling and/or
disposal options. Do not attempt to open or remove any of the components.
According to Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations
The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product must
not be disposed of with your other household waste. Instead, it is your
responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment by handing it over to a
designated collection point for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic
equipment. The separate collection and recycling of your waste equipment at the time
of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a
manner that protects human health and the environment. Please recycle where
facilities exist. Check with your Local Authority or retailer for recycling advice. For
