PREPARING THE SAWHORSE Place sawhorse on a flat and level surface with folded legs facing up. Turn leg lock handle counterclockwise and unfold first set of legs from chassis. CROSS BRACE Deploy first set of legs. Make sure cross brace is secured in place to ensure legs are fully opened.

INSTALLING THE TOUGH TOP Tools Required: PH2 screwdriver (not included) CROSS BRACE SCREW INNER CROSS BRACES Place tough top on chassis. Position tough top so that it is horizontally centered. Short sides of the top should align with edges of inner cross braces. Secure tough top using a PH2 screwdriver to install screws from underneath the cross braces, two screws per cross brace.
EXTENDING THE CHASSIS Turn to loosen all four paddle knobs located within chassis. IMPORTANT: Do not loosen knobs too much as they may disengage. CROSS BRACES Locate cross braces on chassis frame – two on each side. Use one hand to grab inner frame cross brace (underneath tough top) to keep chassis steady. Use other hand to grab outer frame cross brace and pull outward to extend chassis.
TRANSPORTING AND STORING THE SAWHORSE If chassis is expanded, turn to loosen all four paddle knobs located within chassis. Collapse chassis and tighten all four paddle knobs to lock chassis in place. IMPORTANT: Do not loosen knobs too much as they may disengage, and do not overtighten. CROSS BRACE LEG LOCK LEGS OPPOSITE...

SAFETY AND WARNINGS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAWHORSES Use caution when folding or unfolding legs to limit any finger pinch points. Place sawhorse on flat and level surface to keep from rocking or tipping. Do not exceed the rated capacity on main frame table/chassis. Ensure load is equally distributed.
WARRANTY 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY This product is backed by a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship.
