- Page 12 TOUCHE INTRODUCTION TOUCHE is a traffic deterrent bollard designed to control vehicle traffic. The very thick steel bollard is hydraulically driven and fully retracts into the ground except for the last 10 mm that stays above ground and has a warning light to indicate the presence of the retracted bollard.
