Installation The unit is mounted on a shipping plate. Move the machine to the installation location using a forklift 2.1. Transportation Caution! Do not lift using the shaft when shifting the unit! Specific mounting instructions are provided with every flange. Please note! Centring and securing the tyre on the flange is fundamentally important for correct balancing. Application of weight distribution mode (split function) Measure the imbalance of the wheel and press <FUNC> to access the split function. Rotate the wheel until POS 1 is displayed Mark the tyre when the first preselected spoke is at the 12 o’clock position Rotate the wheel until POS 2 is displayed Mark the tyre when the second preselected spoke is at the 12 o’clock position The correct weight is only displayed if the wheel is in the correct position (at 12 o’clock). -
