Ensure that the electrical power supply complies with the specifications on the type plate. Check that the machine is stably installed and firmly anchored to the floor. During machine operation Protect the electric power cables of the machine carefully.

    Installation The unit is mounted on a shipping plate. Move the machine to the installation location using a forklift 2.1. Transportation Caution! Do not lift using the shaft when shifting the unit! Installation/Commissioning The machine is delivered in individual parts and should be completely assembled prior to commissioning.     Measurement and correction of imbalances 5.1. Fitting the wheel to the balancer Carefully select the cone or flange most suitable for the tyre. Specific mounting instructions are provided with every flange. Please note! Centring and securing the tyre on the flange is fundamentally important for correct balancing. Good results depend on the careful realisation of this process.

    Application of weight distribution mode (split function) Measure the imbalance of the wheel and press <FUNC> to access the split function. Rotate the wheel until POS 1 is displayed Mark the tyre when the first preselected spoke is at the 12 o’clock position Rotate the wheel until POS 2 is displayed Mark the tyre when the second preselected spoke is at the 12 o’clock position The correct weight is only displayed if the wheel is in the correct position (at 12 o’clock).
