To Erase One Word at a Time
The QUICK ERASE key may be used to speed up correction by deleting one word on the paper at a time.

Press the BACKSPACE key to position the carriage one character to the right of the
incorrect word.
elf you have pressed the SPACE BAR after typing an incorrect word, make sure to
press the BACKSPACE key before pressing the QUICK ERASE key.

To Erase One Line at a Time
This function may be used to speed up correction by deleting one entire line on the page at once.

Press the BACKSPACE key to locate the last character of the line to be deleted.

The unit will delete an entire line at a time.
