FOLDING IN AND OUT Folding in The lateral sections (K0) of the machine must be folded in prior to transport. The lateral sections may be folded in and out only when the machine is mounted on the tractor. The hydraulic rams (K1) of the folding device must be connected to a separate double acting control unit. -

Folding out The machine may only be parked when folded out. - Before folding out the lateral sections (K0), the shut-off valves (K2) must be opened and the machine lifted fully. Unlock the control unit of the tractor and switch to the pressure position = fold- out position. -

USE IN COMBINATION WITH A LEMKEN SOIL CULTIVATION MACHINE When the VarioPack 110 Plus is mounted on a semi-mounted soil cultivation machine, the hydraulic three-point linkage of the soil cultivation machine must be switched to float position. To further increase reconsolidation of the soil, the weight of the trailer can be transferred to VarioPack. -

Grease piston rods with an acid-free grease * Inspect the hydraulic hoses at regular intervals. Replace the hydraulic hoses with genuine LEMKEN hoses at the latest six years after the date of manufacture. Replace porous or defective high-pressure hoses immediately! * Check whether the screws are fitted correctly after 10 operating hours and then after every 20 operating hours and re-tighten them, if necessary. - Page 22 IMPORTANT: Do not use a steam jet cleaner to clean the machine during the first 6 weeks; after this period, only steam clean it from a distance of 60 cm and at max. 100 bar and 50° C. •General safety information and safety information Read and observe "Maintenance"!
