• Do not use in direct contact with charcoal or fire, and make sure the thermometer is removed before searing. • Do not insert the thermometer directly under a heat source to avoid burns. • The charging case must be kept away from heat sources such a grill cover.

• Do not use cleaning products that contain alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or other abrasive chemicals to clean the thermometer. • The thermometer is water-resistant but not waterproof. Store in a dry, cool place. Do not soak in liquids, sinks, or moisture for extended periods of time.
