Introducing the ONE FINGER AD-LIB
SELECTOR
function
This is the feature that sets Kawai keyboards apart from all other
brands of keyboard products! ONE FINGER AD-LIB allows you
to play ad-lib solos that let you sound like a "pro"— with only a
(D)
single finger!
Here's how it works:
1. Use either the SELECTOR buttons or the CHANGE buttons to
select a rhythm.

2. Next, press the ONE FINGER AD-LIB button. The AUTO-
O
ACCOMPANIMENT should begin to play. You don't need to
play any chord forms with your left hand. The chords will
change automatically according to a preset chord progression.
3. Now, hold down one of the keys in the ONE FINGER AD-LIB
section of the keyboard. You will hear an exciting ad-lib
phrase! Each key in this section plays a different ad-lib phrase
when you hold it down.
4. When you select a new rhythm, all the ONE FINGER AD-LIB
solo phrases will change to match the new rhythm. Try
changing to a new rhythm and hear what happens.
