TROUBLESHOOTING
Device not detected:
• Unplug the device and plug it back into
the USB port.
• Try another USB port on your
computer.
• Check if there are any lights on the
keyboard. If not, then it is not receiving
any power.
• Test the device on another computer.
• Ensure the computer's core and
optional software are up to date.
Keyboard works but there are no
lights:
• The LED lights could be turned off.
Press the Fn +
keyboard to switch between the
different lighting modes.
