Installiere... - Page 5 8.2 Küchenwaage & App koppeln Es gibt drei Varianten, Deine es Smart Cooking Küchenwaage mit der es- sentials Smart Home App zu verbinden. Aktiviere dazu das Bluetooth Dei- nes Smartphones und stelle die Küchenwaage an. Variante 1: Nachdem Du die essentials App geöffnet hast, sucht diese automatisch nach Geräten, die bisher nicht angelernt sind.
- Page 6 8.3 Funktionen Mit der essentials App stehen Dir verschiedene Funktionen zur Verfügung: 1. Hinterlege Deine persönliche Daten, wie Gewicht, Körpergröße und Ziel- gewicht. - Page 8 8.3 Kaffeekochen leicht gemacht Die es Smart Cooking Küchenwaage errechnet dir das optimale Verhältnis von Kaffeepulver, Wasser und Kochzeit. Gehe dafür folgendermaßen vor: 1. Stell eine Schüssel auf die Waage, in der Du die Kaffeebohnen oder das Kaffeepulver abwiegen kannst und drück auf „TARE“, um die Waage auf Null zu stellen.
- Page 9 2. Drücke in der App auf das Kaffeetassensymbol oben rechts (siehe Ab- bildung 5). 3. Fülle die gewünschte Menge Kaffeepulver in die Schüssel. 4. In der Anzeige „Kaffee kochen“ drücke unten links auf „Kaffee“, um das Gewicht des Pulvers zu fixieren (Abbildung 6). 5.
- Page 10 6. Platziere Deine Kaffeekanne mit dem Filter und dem eingefüllten Kaf- feepulver im Filter auf der Waage und drück auf „TARE“ 7. Fülle jetzt heißes Wasser in einer kreisrunden Bewegung vorsichtig in den Filter und lass ca. 1/3 der erforderlichen Wassermenge durch Dein Kaffeepulver/den Filter laufen.
- Page 11 9. Darüber hinaus wird Dir unten in der App das optimale Verhältnis zwi- schen Kaffeepulver und heißem Wasser angezeigt. Wir empfehlen ein Mi- schungsverhältnis von 1:1,5 – das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Tipp: Wenn Dir der Kaffee besonders gut geschmeckt hat, notiere Dir Dein bevorzugtes Mischungsverhältnis (Abbildung 8).

- Page 20 8.3 Quite simply make coffee The es Smart Cooking Kitchen Scale calculates the optimal ratio of coffee powder, water and cooking time. Proceed as follows: 1. Put a cup on the scale in which you may weigh the coffee beans or pow- der and press “Tare”...
- Page 21 2. Press the coffee mug symbol on the upper right in the essentials app (Figure 5). 3. Fill the desired amount of coffee into the cup in the scale. 4. Press in the lower left of the screen “Coffee” to fix the amount of pow- der you are using (Figure 6).
- Page 22 6. Place a coffee pot including the filter and the coffee powder inside the filter on the scale and press “TARE” on the scale. 7. Now fill roughly 1/3 of the necessary amount of hot water into the filter in a circular motion and let the hot water run through the powder and filter.
- Page 23 9. On the lower right you can always see the current ratio between coffee and hot water. We recommend a ratio of 1:1.5. But that is of course up to your taste (Figure 8). Tipp: Your coffee was perfect to your taste? Note the ratio which you used to always achieve the same perfect result even if you want to brew more coffee, hitting this ratio will help you to reproduce your perfect coffee.
