The TZUMI SmartClean robovac v4 may not turn on even though the lights are blue because the battery is very low. In this case, it cannot be powered on manually. You need to place the vacuum on the docking station to allow it to automatically power on.

The TZUMI ionVac SmartClean robovac v4 moves slowly back and forth in the same place and shows a cliff sensor error because the cliff sensor is either blocked or the vacuum is placed in a high area. To resolve this issue, wipe the cliff sensor with a soft cloth and move the vacuum to level ground before starting.
