Note:
• The squeaking sound can be used as a reference to determine
whether the hearing aid is securely placed back in the case or not.
• If the hearing aid makes a squeaking sound, please make sure
the case is free of any debris that could be blocking the hearing
aids. If inserted correctly, but the squeaking remains, please
replace with the other size of ear tip. When the hearing aid is not in
use, please turn it off without delay.
• When the hearing aid is not functioning properly, please check the
"TROUBLESHOOTING " guide. If none of the solutions work,
please contact the Nuvomed Inc. Expert Care Team.
5. Turning on/off the hearing aids
Turning on the hearing aid:
The hearing aid will turn on automatically in about three (3) seconds when
it is worn correctly. You will hear prompt tone according to the hearing
program (refer to "HEARING PROGRAM CHANGE")
Turning off the hearing aids:
The hearing aid will enter the standby status automatically when it is
removed from the ear. When placed back into the correct slot of the
charging case, the hearing aids will turn off and start charging
automatically.
6. Volume adjustment
• The hearing aid has three (3) volume levels.
• You could increase the volume by pressing the"+" button.
• You could decrease the volume by pressing the"-"button.
• The hearing aid will give out the prompt tone "Beep" when you
increase or decrease the volume.
• The hearing aid will give out the prompt tone "Beep-Beep-Beep" at
maximum or minimum volume.
