This bike has been tested and passed to the UL-2849 standard. Any unauthorized modifications, and/or use of non Serfas supplied e-bike system components will result in voiding of warranty, compliance to UL-2849, and create an unsafe riding condition, damage to property, or result in serious injury or death. - Page 5 • Always be a defensive rider. EVERY 2 MONTHS: Put battery on the charger to maintain optimum level. After many charging and discharge cycles, runtime and range will be reduced. Replacement batteries are available from Serfas to extend the life of your e-bike. The lifespan of the battery is about 500 charge / discharge cycles for properly maintained batteries. -

Error code indicator Display shows the icon according to the information from the controller. Shows a detailed error code in the function area and will blink. When the error code is indicated, display will not show ODO, trip, or range icon. Motor will act accoding to the error information. Within 10 seconds of bike being turned on , press and hold the M button to enter the settings interface. Press ∧,∨ to switch items. Short press M to confirm the item to change. When item is chosen, the icon will blink. In the settings interface no matter which function is selected, press ∧/∨ to choose the parameter to set, long press M to confirm the parameter, and long press M to save. -

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE • When cleaning your bike, use a damp cloth and gentle dish soap. NOTE: DO NOT use a pressure washer or sprayer. • Periodically apply a light lubricant to moving parts, including the links of the chain, derailleur pivots, and shifter cable inner wire where it enters the cable housing. -

can not get battery off of e dart 500w
To remove the battery from the Serfas eDART 500W, use the supplied key to unlock it. The battery locks into place automatically when installed, so ensure it is firmly attached before riding. If the battery rattles or moves, do not ride the bike.
