LASH SYNCHRONIZATION
he Nikon FE is designed to synchronize with electronic
lash units at all shutter speeds up to and including 1/125
econd, or with flashbulbs up to and including 1/30
econd.
A built-in hot shoe offers operation without the
need for a sync cord when using flash units equipped
ith an ISO-type hot-shoe mount such as the Nikon
peedlight Units 5B-4,
5B-8E,
5B-9, and 5B-1O. For
ther units such as the Flash Unit BC-7 and the 5peed-
light Unit 5B-7E, the Flash Unit Coupler A5-2 is avail-
able for direct connection between the speedlight and
the FE camera body
.
