    Using the Remote Navigation (NAV) Buttons RCU Navigation Buttons The terms NAVIGATE (NAV) or SELECT are used when referring to activities controlled by these four arrows and the OK button. The OK button is the same as SELECT / SAVE / AGREE. In some instances it is a shortcut button - for example to quickly see the available channels.

VHF/UHF 75ohm coaxial cable can be connected to the antenna jack directly, if the antenna cable is 300ohm parallel flat feeder cable, you need to use the 300ohm/75ohm converter to connect the antenna cable to the antenna jack.

    Connecting the TV Connecting with RCA Cables Many older devices require an analog video connection (sometimes ‘CVBS’ , ‘Composite’ or ‘AV’). If this is the case, follow the instructions below: Use a Yellow, Red and White “RCA” cable, and match the colours into the AV input on the side of the TV.

    Connecting the TV Optional Wall Plug Power Supply If required, you have the option to purchase an additional wall plug power supply at 240V. Plug the Jack Connector into the “DC In” port of the TV. Then plug 240V the power adaptor into a power socket in your RV or home.

    Getting Started First Time Installation The first time you turn on your TV you will need to complete the FIRST TIME INSTALLATION wizard. Step 1: Start Up Settings Upon first boot up you will need to select your preferred LANGUAGE, the COUNTRY the TV is in, and the ENERGY MODE.
  • Page 19 General Functions Power The Power / Standby button switches TV ON and OFF. It functions the same as the Standby button on the back panel of the TV. Keep in mind this function only controls the TV. It will not affect your Set Top Box, DVD player or other devices. Volume (VOL) Controls The Volume buttons control the output volume of your TV.

    TV Settings TV Settings Press the Menu on your RCU to display TV’s the settings menu. Use the navigation buttons to select the category of settings you would like to choose. Use the OK button to enter the setting category. Channel Image settings allow you make changes to your channel and DTV tuning settings.

Program Edit (Not Recommended) In PROGRAM EDIT menu, you can Favourite, Rearrange, and Delete channels from your Channel list.

    TV Settings Picture Picture settings allow you make changes to your display settings such as, brightness, colour temperature, sharpness, noise reduction and more. Picture Mode PICTURE MODE gives you the ability to quickly select what screen settings you would like. You are provided with pre-made picture modes, Standard, Mild, Dynamic, and Personal, each differ in contrast, color, and sharpness.

    TV Settings Sound Sound Mode SOUND MODE gives you the ability to quickly select what sound settings you would like. You are provided with 5 pre-made sound modes, Standard, Music, Movie, Sports, and Personal, each differ in treble, and bass. When SOUND MODE is highlighted, use the Left and Right navigation buttons to select preferred picture setting.

    TV Settings Time Clock Highlight the CLOCK setting to change the current Time and Date. Time Zone Use the left and right navigation buttons to cycle between available TIME ZONES. Off / On Time The OFF TIME and ON TIME settings to allow you to automatically turn the TV on or off depending on the day and time selected in the settings.

    TV Settings Setup Language Select the Language by using left and right navigation buttons to cycle between available LANGUAGE. Audio Language Selecting AUDIO LANGUAGE will enter the audio Language selection list, the default is English. Only available if supported by broadcasters. Subtitle Language Select SUBTITLE LANGUAGE settings will enter the subtitle selection list, you can switch weak listening subtitles, normal subtitles or close subtitles.
  • Page 26 TV Settings Software Update (USB) If an update for your TV is available, you can download it onto a USB drive and install it onto your TV. Once the update file is on your USB, connect the USB into the TV, and select the Installation Package icon, press the OK button to open the folder containing the update file.

    TV Settings Lock The Lock settings allow you to access features such as Channel Lock, and Parental Guidance. System Lock Turning SYSTEM LOCK on using the left and right navigation buttons allows you access to the Lock features below. Set Password Set your password here.

    PVR Operation Recording Live TV To BEGIN recording live TV, press the Record button on your remote. Your TV will immediately begin recording the program shown on your screen. To STOP recording press the Stop button. This will immediately stop the current recording.
