IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Warning! Before using the Inverter, read the safety instruc�ons. This manual contains important safety and opera�ng instruc- �ons for power inverter . This manual will show you how to use your inverter safely and effec�vely. Please read, understand and follow these instruc�ons and precau�ons carefully. - Page 3 The DC side connec�ons should be firm and �ght. Do not drop a metal tool on the ba�ery. The resul�ng spark or short-circuit on the ba�ery or on the other electrical part may cause an explosion. Install the inverter in a well-ven�lated area. Do not block the front air vents, or the rear air exhausts of the unit.

CONNECTING INVERTER CABLES IMPORTANT: The inverter and power source must in the OFF mode. Make sure to connect your inverter only to a 12 volt power supply. To avoid electrical shock, it is necessary to ground the inverter as well as the device powering it. The inverter should be grounded. -

CONNECTING INVERTER CABLES TO THE INVERTER Locate the Posi�ve and Nega�ve terminals on the inverter. Loosen the screw on the POSITIVE (RED) and the NEGATIVE (BLACK) terminals. Place the POSITIVE (RED) cable into the POSITIVE (RED) inverter terminal. Place the NEGATIVE (BLACK) cable into the NEGATIVE (BLACK) inverter terminal. - Page 7 PMX-2000PSPT FUSE When there is AC input, the inverter will automa�cally switch to AC input to supply power to the device; when there is no AC input, the inverter will automa�- cally switch to the inverter output to supply power to the device.

- Page 9 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Connect the inverter (see Connec�ng Inverter Cables sec�on. ) Switch the inverter’s ON / OFF switch to the ON (I) posi�on. The GREEN LED indicator will light, indica�ng the inverter is receiving power. Switch the inverter’s ON / OFF switch to the OFF (O) posi�on. (The GREEN LED may flash briefly and / or the internal speaker may make a brief “beep”.

POWER SOURCE Your average automobile ba�ery at full charge will provide an ample power supply to the inverter when the engine is on. Keep the car running at all �mes when using the inverter. The actual length of �me the inverter will func�on depends on the age and condi�on of the ba�ery and the power demand being placed by the device being operated with the inverter. - Page 11 LED INDICATOR AND SHUTDOWN PROTECTION The Green LED lights automa�cally when the inverter is plugged into a 12 volt DC power source and is turned on. The Red LED lights, the alarm sounds and the inverter automa�cally turns itself off under the following condi�ons: When the power input from the vehicle’s ba�ery drops to approximately 10.5 volts, the low voltage alarm will sound.

Page 12: If The Inverter's Fuse Blows
IF THE INVERTER’S FUSE BLOWS Your power inverter is fi�ed with fuses, which should not have to be replaced under normal opera�ng condi�ons. A blown fuse is usually caused by reverse polarity or a short circuit within the device or equipment being operated. If a fuse does blow, take the inverter to a qualified technician for repair. -
