1. Place the steering tube (G) over the steering
shaft. See figure 2.

2. Place the steering wheel (H) over steering
— shaft and steering tube. See figure 3.
3. Secure steering wheel (L) with belleville
washer (F) (cup side down) and hex lock nut
(E). See figure 3. A
