Step 2: Add device in simple mode (recommended)
•Make sure the Smart plug is switched on.
•Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
•Press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds
until the light on the main switch starts flashing.
•This means the device is ready to be set up.
•Open the Tesla Smart app and click the + button at
the top right.
•Select the device type from the list. The password of
the Wi-Fi to which your phone is connected will now
be retrieved.
•After the device has been connected click the confirm
button. When the message 1 device successfully added
appears, the connection is complete and your device will
be listed in the app.
