- Page 3 STEP 5 C: 3 Install one Ring (C) onto each cart tier, ensuring they are resting inside the designated hooks as indicated in the drawing. IMPORTANT: The casters do not lock. Only use this cart on flat, level surfaces, away from high-traffic areas.
