2. Touch "Start" to start the stopwatch, touch "Record" to record the current time,
and touch "Pause" to stop the stopwatch.
3. Touch "Reset" to reset the stopwatch.

Countdown timer

1. Select the "Countdown timer" page.
2. Touch "Custom timer" and swipe up/down to set the countdown time.
3. Touch "Start" to start the countdown.
4. As the countdown time is up, touch "Dismiss" to stop alert.
