PREPARING THE SAWHORSE PUSH TO SLIDE Place sawhorse on a flat and level surface with folded legs facing up. Push to slide leg lock and unfold first set of legs from chassis. Deploy first set of legs. Make sure cross brace is secured in place to ensure legs are fully opened.

ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF THE SAWHORSE NOTE: Legs adjust independently in 1" increments. EXTEND LEGS: Pull legs down to desired height. PUSH TO RELEASE RETRACT LEGS: Press height adjustment button and slide legs down to desired height. FIND OUT MORE AT PROTOCOLEQUIPMENT.COM...
MOUNTING WORKPIECE OR SACRIFICIAL WOOD Place workpiece or 2" X 4" lumber on top of chassis. Rubber straps are located on both ends of sawhorse. Pull each strap over material and secure strap to knob. PRE-DRILLED MOUNTING HOLES NOTE: Pre-drilled mounting holes on saddle trays can also be used to attach sacrifcial wood. FIND OUT MORE AT PROTOCOLEQUIPMENT.COM...
CONSTRUCTING A JOBSITE TABLE Materials Required: (2) SAW46, (4) 2" X 4" Lumber, (1) Plywood sheet Place 2" X 4" lumber on top of each chassis. Rubber straps are located on both ends of sawhorses. Pull each strap over material and secure strap to knob.
STORING THE SAWHORSE PUSH TO RELEASE If legs are extended, press height adjustment button and slide legs down until fully retracted. Carefully flip sawhorse over so that legs are facing up. FIND OUT MORE AT PROTOCOLEQUIPMENT.COM...

STORING THE SAWHORSE FIRST SET OF LEGS NEST INTO CHASSIS FRAME, OPPOSITE SIDE OF LEG LOCK LEG LOCK Set of legs opposite from leg lock must be folded into chassis first. Press on cross brace to bring legs together. Push legs down until fully nested into chassis frame, opposite side of leg lock.
SAFETY AND WARNINGS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAWHORSES Use caution when folding or unfolding legs to limit any finger pinch points. Place sawhorse on flat and level surface to keep from rocking or tipping. Do not exceed the rated capacity on main frame table/chassis. Ensure load is equally distributed.
